Nya, skripsi dengan judul “Analisis Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Dalam Penggunaan E-Banking
” telah dapat penulis selesaikan. Skripsi ini disusun untuk memenuhi syarat guna memperoleh gelar Sarjana Ekonomi (SE) pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata Semarang. Topik tersebut dipilih karena banyaknya faktor
- –faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan nasabah pada layanan Internet Banking dimana faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah dalam minatnya menggunakan jasa pelayanan E- banking. Keberhasilan E-banking tergantung dari bagaimana nasabah menerima sistem tersebut. Ketidakkonsistenan faktor-faktor pada peneliti-peneliti sebelumnya menjadi daya tarik bagi penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan model TAM. Penelitian menggunakan model TAM yang sebenarnya sangat sering digunakan untuk melihat penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi. Oleh karena hal tersebut, peneliti merasa cocok menggunakan model TAM dalam penelitian ini. Skripsi ini berhasil menemukan bukti empiris bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dasabah pada layanan Internet Banking.
Selesainya skripsi ini peneliti akui tidak terlepas dari bantuan beberapa pihak. Karena hal itulah, peneliti mengucapkan terima kasih kepada:
