Pengaruh Inokulasi Mikoriza Arbuskula Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Slow Growing (Mahoni, Glodokan, Tanjung)
ABSTRACT
REZA DIMAS PUTRA : Effect of Inoculation of Mycorrhiza Fungi on Growth Slow
Growing Plants (Mahogany, glodokan, Tanjung). Guided by DELVIAN and DENI
ELFIATI.
This research aims to find out and see the response or effect of arbuscular
mycorrhizal inoculation on plant growth slow growing. This research was conducted
in the greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra,
Medan.This research uses completely randomized factorial design with 2 factorial
namely mycorrhizal doses (0 g / seed, 5 g / seed, 10 g / seed, and 15 g / seeds) and
plant species (mahogany, glodokan and cape). Parameters measured were plant
height, plant diameter, leaf number, percentage of root colonization, P uptake in the
canopy, total dry weight, and the ratio of the root crown.
The results showed the interaction between plant species and dose
mycorrhizal not significantly affected all parameters of eachs treatment and vice
versa single factor plant species showed significant effect on all parameters of each
treatment, but to a single factor dose of mycorrhizal significant effect on the total dry
weight and P uptake of plants and no significant effect on the parameters of height,
diameter, number of leaves, the ratio of the root crown and root colonization.
Different types of plants - different response of different plant growth different.

Pertumbuhan Tanaman Slow Growing ( Mahoni, Glodokan, Tanjung ). Dibimbing
oleh DELVIAN dan DENI ELFIATI.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan melihat respon atau pengaruh
inokulasi mikoriza arbuskula terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman slow growing.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di rumah kaca Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera
Utara Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dengan
2 faktorial yaitu dosis mikoriza (0 g/bibit, 5 g/bibit, 10 g/bibit, dan 15 g/bibit ) dan
jenis tanaman ( mahoni, glodokan dan tanjung). Parameter yang diamati adalah
tinggi tanaman, diameter tanaman, jumlah daun, persentasi kolonisasi akar, serapan P
pada tajuk, berat kering total, dan rasio tajuk akar.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan interaksi antara jenis tanaman dan dosis
mikoriza tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang dari masing –
masing perlakuan dan sebaliknya faktor tunggal jenis tanaman menunjukkan
pengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter setiap perlakuan, tetapi untuk faktor
tunggal dosis mikoriza memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap berat kering total dan
serapan P tanaman dan tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi,
diameter, jumlah daun, rasio tajuk akar dan kolonisasi akar. Jenis tanaman yang
berbeda – beda memberikan respon pertumbuhan tanaman yang berbeda – beda.
