Others The Company has entered into agreements with associated companies, namely CSM, Patrakom, PSN and Gratika for the utilization of the Companys satellite transponders or frequency channels and leased lines. Telkomsel has an agreement with PSN for the lease of PSN’s transmission link. Based on the agreement, which was made on March 14, 2001, the minimum lease period is 2 years since the operation of the transmission link and is extendable subject to agreement by both parties. The agreement was extended until March 29, 2013. Koperasi Pegawai Telkomsel “Kisel” is a cooperation that was established by Telkomsel’s employees to engage in car rental services, printing and distribution of customer bills, collection and other services principally for the benefit of Telkomsel. Telkomsel also has dealership agreements with Kisel for distribution of SIM cards and pulse reload vouchers.

d. Key management personnel remuneration

Key management personnel of the Company are the Board of Commissioners and Directors as detailed in Note 1b. The Company and its subsidiaries provide honorarium and facilities to support the operational of their Board of Commissioners. 37. SEGMENT INFORMATION

The Company and its subsidiaries have three main operating segments in Indonesia namely: fixed wireline, fixed wireless and cellular. The fixed wireline segment provides local, domestic long distance “Sambungan Langsung Jarak Jauh” or “SLJJ” and international telephone services, and other telecommunications services including among others, leased lines, telex, transponder, satellite and VSAT as well as ancillary services. The fixed wireless segment provides CDMA-based telecommunication services which offers customers the ability to use a wireless handset with limited mobility within a local code area. The cellular segment provides basic telecommunication services, particularly mobile cellular telecommunication services. Operating segments that are not monitored separately by CODM are presented as “Others”, comprising of information technology services, telephone directories and building management businesses.
