4.5 Data Availability
Data availability is needed as an input of the system. Therefore during the research, the data capture questionnaire for industries were launched and distributed to several
industries located in Upper Citarum River Basin via the Ministry of Environment
Appendix 2, but up to now the data are still un-complete yet. As a solution, some
secondary data in the regular report 2006 is used. This condition could occur, because many perceptions from the side of stakeholders
express that there is a piling up of regular industrial wastewater raw data. Then the stakeholders are not sure whether the data can be processed without application system
quickly. Therefore, within the IWMS, the stakeholders can make process and analysis of the data, respectively. The research refers at several data as input component from many
sources, e.g.: 1 Digital Base map Bakosurtanal Scale 1 : 25.000 year 2002
2 Measurement Data of Industrial Pollution Load 2006 in Upper Citarum River Basin.
