  The Company was incorporated in Pakistan on 11 November 2003 as a Private Limited Company and is wholly owned subsidiary of MobiServe Holdings Inc. (an ADIC MENA Company). The principal activity of the Company is to provide engineering support to Telecommunication Operators in Pakistan to construct and maintain mobile communications cell sites and install communication equipment besides providing operation and maintenance services. The company is a medium size enterprise having almost 1200 employees with yearly revenue of around Rs. 3 billion and 30 offices all over Pakistan. Oracle software is used for financial transactions and reporting, Inventory management and Human Resource functions.

  Responsibilities Overview

  Responsible for the spectrum of human resource including employee relations, performance management, benefits and compensation, recruitment and selection and training and development.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

  • Managing Oracle HR system.
  • Formulate, review and develop policies, strategies based on corporate strategy & ensuring its implementation.
  • Development of JDs for the proposed positions
  • Liaison with Head Hunters and institutions to manage the recruitment & hiring processes.

  • Conducting interviews for advertised positions and delivering candidates to the organization on time.
  • Recruiting of workmen as per the selection procedure specified [such as site requirement as confirmed by management, background clearance, skills test & confirmation
  • Responsible for managing pre-hiring activities; preparing and issuing employment offers and appointment letters, accordance to company rules while ensuring legislative compliances.
  • Resource identification through various recruitment sources.
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication.
  • Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
