INTRODUCTION
Electronic ballasts for fluorescent lamps have been extensively used in lighting
systems because of their advantages over conventional magnetic ballasts, namely, reduced volume and weight, higher efficiency, higher lamp efficacy lumens per watts
ratio, due to the high operating frequencies, absence of audible noise, absence of stroboscopic effect [1]
