Students made misformation errors of negative prefix in- because the students used the prefix in- for substituting negative prefix, un-, dis-, im-, ir- ,and il- to create the negative meaning of the word. Whe used prefix in-. But to create the negative meaning of the word students should know the appropriate prefix. The assimilation process of the change of the prefix in- , , changes becomes prefix im-, ir-, and il-.
