Movements of Allowance for Possible Losses on Current Accounts with Other Banks Continued: The minimum allowance for possible losses on current accounts with other banks, under the guidelines prescribed by Bank Indonesia, as of December 31, 2002 and 2001 are Rp3,726 and Rp2,461, respectively. Management believes that the allowance for possible losses on current accounts with other banks is adequate. f. A current account with a bank amounting to Rp2,568 and Rp2,960 as of December 31, 2002 and 2001, respectively, is used as cash collateral for a bank guarantee issued in favor of a borrower of Bank Mandiri Note 48.
