As of December 31, 2013 and 2012, deferred charges represent deferred Revenue-Sharing Arrangement “RSA” charges and deferred Indefeasible Right of Use “IRU” Agreement charges. Total amortization of deferred charges for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012 amounted to Rp91 billion and Rp87 billion, respectively. As of December 31, 2013 and 2012, restricted cash represents time deposits with original maturities of more than one year and cash pledged as collateral for bank guarantees for the USO contract Note 41c.v and other contracts. As of December 31, 2013 and 2012, the carrying amount of the Company and subsidiaries’ temporarily idle property and equipment amounted to Rp0 billion and Rp0.4 billion, respectively.
