Bus Eksekutif AKAP Trayek Malang-Denpasar merupakan salah satu sarana transportasi yang
sangat diperlukan oleh masyarakat untuk mencapai tempat kerja atau belajar, untuk berwisata,
berbelanja, maupun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sosial ekonomi lainnya. Tarif yang digunakan
saat ini sebesar Rp 120.000,00/pnp, ini diambil berdasarkan terjadinya kenaikan komponenkomponen biaya operasional kendaraan. Untuk mendorong terciptanya penggunaan sarana bus
Eksekutif secara optimal perlu ditetapkan tarif bus Eksekutif yang sesuai. Salah satu cara untuk
menetapkan tarif bus Eksekutif adalah dengan menghitung biaya operasional kendaraan.
Evaluasi dalam studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) yang
dikeluarkan oleh PO. Gunung Harta dan PO. ZENA serta untuk mengetahui tarif yang sesuai
untuk bus Eksekutif trayek Malang-Denpasar berdasarkan biaya operasional kendaraan saat ini.
Metode perhitungan diadopsi dari Keputusan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Nomor
SK.687/AJ.206.DRJD/2002 Tentang Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Penumpang
Umum Diwilayah Perkotaan Dalam Trayek Tetap Dan Teratur.
Dari hasil studi didapat BOK rata-rata PO. Gunung Harta sebesar Rp 2.086.179,49/kend/rit atau
Rp 4.967,09/kend/km. Dan BOK rata-rata untuk PO. ZENA sebesar Rp 2.203.379,258/kend/rit
atau Rp 5.246,14/kend/km. Sedangkan tarif terbayar PO. Gunung Harta sebesar Rp 248,35/pnpkm atau Rp 118.500/pnp-rit. Dan untuk PO. ZENA didapat tarif terbayar sebesar Rp 262,31/pnpkm atau Rp 124.000/pnp-rit.
Bus Executive of AKAP Route of Malang - Denpasar is one of the transportation medium is
which is very needed by society to reach workplace or learn, for berwisata, to going shopping,
and to fulfill other economic social need. used tariff in this time equal to Rp 120.000,00 / pnp,
this is taken pursuant to the happening of increase of vehicle operating expenses components. To
push creation usage of Executive bus medium in an optimal fashion require to be specified by
appropriate Executive bus tariff. One of the way to specify Executive bus tariff is
counted/calculated vehicle operating expenses. Evaluate in this study aim to to know vehicle
operating expenses (BOK) released by PO. Mount Estae and of PO. ZENA and also to know
appropriate tariff for the bus of Executive route of Malang-Denpasar pursuant to vehicle
operating expenses in this time.
