Referring to the research findings on the last chapter, the writer would like to propose some recommendations as follows: 1. Students can be more motivated and more active to practice English in order to improve their English ability. The students are expected to practice their speaking whether in class or out of class. For example they can practice their speaking with his or her friends. 2. The teacher is expected to give the students the knowledge about negotiation of meaning. For example, teacher gives the explanation about negotiation of meaning and the examples of negotiation of meaning especially trigger and signal in the conversation. REFERENCES Brown, H.
