Pada penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan: 1.
Melakukan studi lebih lanjut terhadap karbon aktif yang diperoleh agar daya serap adsorpsinya setara dengan karbon aktif komersil.
2. Melakukan karakteristik lebih lanjut terhadap karbon aktif yang diperoleh agar
kualitas karbon aktifnya bisa menyamai kualitas karbon aktif komersil.
