Kemajuan yang semakin pesat karena kehadiran Mall sangat berdampak pada remaja.
Remaja didapati menjadi pengunjung Mall terbesar dibandingkan dengan kelompok
usia lain. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memotivasi
konsumen remaja dalam berkunjung ke Mall yang berfokus pada Central Plaza
Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe
penelitian deskriptif eksploratif, kemudian pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini
adalah dengan menggunakan analisis faktor.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa melalui proses rotasi dengan metode varimax
diperoleh pengelompokan faktor-faktor hasil rotasi faktor sebanyak 3 faktor. Tiga
faktor utama yang memotivasi konsumen remaja dalam berkunjung ke mall yaitu
faktor variabel pengalihan, faktor variabel pengalaman sosial di luar rumah dan faktor
variabel sosial dan faktor variabel status dan otoritas.
Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu hendaknya pihak Mall mampu menarik konsumen
remaja tidak hanya berkunjung untuk melihat-lihat produk atau jasa yang mereka
tampilkan namun mampu memotivasi konsumen remaja berbelanja dengan
menciptakan promosi yang kreatif dan inovatif misalnya memberikan diskon-diskon
khusus terhadap produk-produk yang diminati oleh remaja.

Kuesioner ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memotivasi konsumen remaja dalam
berkunjung ke Mall. Mall yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Central Plaza Bandar
Lampung. Penilaian dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert dengan memberi tanda
centang (√) pada salah satu kolom angka 1-5, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

KONSUMEN REMAJA DALAM BERKUNJUNG KE MALL

Kemajuan yang semakin pesat karena kehadiran Mall sangat berdampak pada remaja.
Remaja didapati menjadi pengunjung Mall terbesar dibandingkan dengan kelompok
usia lain. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memotivasi
konsumen remaja dalam berkunjung ke Mall yang berfokus pada Central Plaza
Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe
penelitian deskriptif eksploratif, kemudian pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini
adalah dengan menggunakan analisis faktor.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa melalui proses rotasi dengan metode varimax
diperoleh pengelompokan faktor-faktor hasil rotasi faktor sebanyak 3 faktor. Tiga
faktor utama yang memotivasi konsumen remaja dalam berkunjung ke mall yaitu
faktor variabel pengalihan, faktor variabel pengalaman sosial di luar rumah dan faktor
variabel sosial dan faktor variabel status dan otoritas.
Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu hendaknya pihak Mall mampu menarik konsumen
remaja tidak hanya berkunjung untuk melihat-lihat produk atau jasa yang mereka
tampilkan namun mampu memotivasi konsumen remaja berbelanja dengan
menciptakan promosi yang kreatif dan inovatif misalnya memberikan diskon-diskon
khusus terhadap produk-produk yang diminati oleh remaja.

Kuesioner ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memotivasi konsumen remaja dalam
berkunjung ke Mall. Mall yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Central Plaza Bandar
Lampung. Penilaian dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert dengan memberi tanda
centang (√) pada salah satu kolom angka 1-5, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
1. 5 dengan jawaban sangat setuju
2. 4 dengan jawaban setuju
3. 3 dengan jawaban netral atau tidak ada jawaban yang benar atau salah
4. 2 dengan jawaban tidak setuju
