19.12. The Client acknowledges that the Business Introducer is not a representative of the
Company nor is he authorised to provide any guarantees or any promises with respect to the Company or its services.
19.13. The Client acknowledges and understands that the Business Introducer is not allowed to
offer the service of Investment Advice.
20. Acknowledgements
20.1. The Client acknowledges that he has read, understood and accepted the present Agreement,
a d all othe legal do u e tatio a aila le o the Co pa s e site the Te s of Busi ess, the Privacy Policy, the General Risk Disclosure, the Client Categorisation Policy, the Complaint
Handling, the Order Execution Policy, the Risk Disclosures for Financial Instruments and the Summary of Conflicts of Interest Policy as amended from time to time. The Company shall
notify the Client of any changes in the legal documentation of the Company and the Client shall be solely responsible for making himself familiarised with such changes.
20.2. The Client further acknowledges and understands that:

of this Ag ee e t a d the Te s of Busi ess a aila le at the Co pa s e site as amended from time to time;
b. the Company has the right to archive any trading account if the Client does not
perform any trading or financial transaction for a period of 90 ninety calendar days, regardless of the balance amount. If there is insufficient balance to support pending
orders at the time of archiving, the pending orders will be deleted. The said archived trading account can be reinstated with the same conditions upon request
to supporthotforex.com
. An archived account is not considered as a terminated account; however, any trading account may only be

c. that any market recommendation and any information communicated by the
Company does not constitute an offer to buy or sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy or sell a Contract and that such recommendation and information, although
based upon information from sources believed by the Company to be reliable, may be based solely on a ven
do s opinion such as a third-party market analysis provider and that such information may be incomplete and may be unverified and unverifiable.
The Company makes no representation, warranty or guarantee as to, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of any information or trading
recommendation furnished to the Client; d.
the Company reserves the right to change the specification of a Trading Account and publish any changes made to a specific trading account type on the relevant page of
its Website; e.
