Table 4.7 above, shows that alpha point of study instrument every item are greater than 0.60, thus can conclude that the instrument of
questionnaire is reliable, Cronbach’s Alpha of promotion, service quality and customer experiences is above 0.60 and categorize high reliability
according to table 3.3 category high and low reliable while reliability category for brand is sufficient.
