A. PENDAHULUAN
LKS tahun 2017 bidang lomba animation akan memperlombakan kompetensi meliputi pengetahuan, kemampuan prosedural, dan keterampilan dalam
mengeksekusi projek di bidang animation. Bidang lomba ini akan digarap secara individu, yang mewakili provinsi-provinsi di Indonesia.
Dalam kompetisi keterampilan mengeksekusi projek, penilaian pengetahuan dan kemampuan prosedural akan berlangsung melalui daftar penilaian kinerja yang
sudah ditentukan panitia. Tidak ada test terpisah untuk pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Perlombaan ini menganut sistem fair play, yakni berlomba pada
batasan yang sudah diketahui sebelumnya, kemampuan yang dituntut adalah kemampuan bekerja dengan cepat, tepat dan hasil sesuai dengan test project.
