Profit loss attributable to non-controlling interests in the consolidated Subsidiaries amounted to Rp2,599,368, Rp3,582,177, Rp5,728,161, Rp3,312,851 and Rp858,743 for the six-month
periods ended June 30, 2013 and 2012 and years ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
In 2012, BKV received additional paid-in capital amounting to Rp4,000,000 from Perhimpunan Sint Carolus.
In 2013, BKV received additional paid-in capital amounting to Rp2,000,000 from Perhimpunan Sint Carolus.
All the above additional paid-in capital contributions still in process of notarized as of June 30, 2013.
