BAB 7 KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
7.1 Kesimpulan
1. Didapatkan perbedaan yang tidak bermakna pada nilai PPT dan PTTK
sebelum dan sesudah pemberian heparin intravena pada pencegahan
deep vein thrombosis
2. Didapatkan perbedaan yang tidak bermakna pada nilai PPT dan PTTK
sebelum dan sesudah pemberian heparin subkutan pada pencegahan
deep vein thrombosis
3. Didapatkan perbedaan yang tidak bermakna pada pengaruh pemberian heparin
intravena dan subkutan terhadap nilai PPT dan PTTK pada pencegahan
deep vein thrombosis
7.2 Saran
1. Heparin intravena dan heparin subkutan dapat digunakan sebagai terapi
standar pada upaya pencegahan
deep vein thrombosis
di ICU dengan menilai dari parameter nilai PPT dan PTTK
2. Perlu diadakannya penelitian yang lebih lanjut tentang perbandingan heparin
intravena dan subkutan terhadap nilai PPT dan PTTK sebagai profilaksis DVT
