Key management personnels consist of the Boards of Commissioners and Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries. The Group provides remuneration in the form of honorarium and facilities to support the operational duties of the Board of Commissioners and short-term employment benefits in the form of salaries and facilities to support the operational duties of the Board of Directors. 33. OPERATING SEGMENT

The Group has four main operating segments, namely corporate, home, personal and others. The corporate segment provides telecommunications services, including interconnection, leased lines, satellite, VSAT, contact center, broadband access, information technology services, data and internet services to companies and institutions. The home segment provides fixed wireline telecommunications services, pay TV, data and internet services to home customers. The personal segment provides mobile cellular and fixed wireless telecommunications services to individual customers. Operating segments that are not monitored separately by the Chief Operation Decision Maker are presented as Others, which provides building management services. No operating segments have been aggregated to form the operating segments of personal, home and others, while corporate operating segment is aggregated from business, enterprise, wholesale and international operating segments since they have the similar economic characteristics and similar in other qualitative criteria such as providing similar network services and serving corporate customers. Management monitors the operating results of the business units separately for the purpose of making decisions about resource allocation and performance assessment. Segment performance is evaluated based on operating profit or loss and is measured consistently with operating profit or loss in the consolidated financial statements. However, the financing activities and income taxes are not separately evaluated and allocated to operating segment. 34. TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE TARIFFS

Under Law No. 36 Year 1999 and Government Regulation No. 52 Year 2000, tariffs for operating telecommunications network andor services are determined by providers based on the tariff type, structure and with respect to the price cap formula set by the Government.

a. Fixed line telephone tariffs

The Government has issued a new adjustment tariff formula which is stipulated in the Decree No. 15PERM.KOMINFO42008 dated April 30, 2008 of the Ministry of Communication and Information “MoCI” concerning “Mechanism to Determine Tariff of Basic Telephony Services Connected through Fixed Line Network”.
