For 2015, the Ministry of State Administration will receive 1.3 million in off- budget grant ODA from various bi-lateral DPs. This will support a variety of issues including gender, poverty reduction and development. In 2015 the majority of these grants will go towards promoting the maintenance
of community infrastructure through the community participation focused, Programa Nacional Dezenvolvimentu Suku.
