5.1.5 Presidency of the Council of Ministers

For 2015, the office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers will be supported with a 0.1 million off-budget grant. These funds will be disbursed through the EU project, Democracy and Development in Action through Media and Empowerment DAME. There are no planned disbursements to the office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers after 2015. For 2015, the Ministry of Defense will receive 2.7 million in ODA from DPs. This represents 1.6 of the total off-budget grant ODA and will assist in a range of issues including gender and capacity building. The majority of this funding originates from the New Zealand community-policing program.
