27. CASH DIVIDENDS
In the stockholders’ annual general meetings held on June 23, 2016 and June 10, 2015, the Companys stockholders approved the cash dividend distribution amounting to Rp5 full amount per share or equivalent to Rp72,133,908 and
Rp20 full amount per share or equivalent to Rp288,535,633. As of June 30, 2016, the dividend payable balance amounted to Rp74,381,025 2015: Rp2,253,152, which is presented
as part of “Other Payables” under current liabilities in the consolidated statement of financial position.
