nilai nominal sebesar Rp100 Rupiah penuh per saham kepada masyarakat melalui Bursa

Effective Statement from the Chairman of BAPEPAM-LK
in its
Decision Letter
No. S-2238BL2007 to conduct initial public offering of 900,000,000 shares to the public at
a par value of Rp100 full amounts per share through the Indonesia Stock Exchange “IDX”
at an initial public offering price of Rp200 full amounts per share. All of the Company’s
issued and fully paid shares totaling to 3,000,000,000 shares were listed on the IDX.
