AT THE SUPRESSION PHASE TO SPERM QUANTITY BY

Abstract
Analysis studied to Fas protein expression and caspase 3 activated at the Sprague Dawley rat.
Administration of Androgen/Progestin was done at the suppression phase of sperm. I used experiment method
and completely randomized design with 4 treatments (0, 6, 12, 18 and 24 weeks) and 5 replications. Androgen
(2,5 mg) and progestin (1,25mg) combination injection with interval of 6 and 12 weeks respectively. Result of
research during 24 weeks was found tend to increase Fas protein expression and Caspase 3 activated. Between
Fas protein and caspase 3 activated was strong correlation (r=0,92) and difference significantly (P
