Finally the writer has accomplished the internship and final report right on time although she found some obstacles and problems. All of this had been successfully accomplished by the support of many people.
In special part of this final report, the writer would like to deliver her gratitude and appreciation toward people who are behind this final report making. They are:
1. Mrs. Noerhayati Ika Putri, M.A., as the head of Diploma III English Department at Universitas Airlangga and also being the writer’s final report advisor at the same time.
Thank you for the time, thoughtful guidance, patience, and warm encouragement throughout the final report.
2. All lecturers in English Department who have given a lot of knowledge along with their motivations and advices during the writer’s study in Universitas Airlangga.
3. The writer’s family for their unconditional love, encouraging the writer in every decision and for the material and spiritual support in al l aspects of the writer’s life.
4. Mr. Arief Santoso as the managing editor who has given the writer opportunity during her stay in Sport Division at Jawa pos to do the internship.
5. Mr. Candra Wahyudi as the editor and supervisor who encouraged and directed the writer in Sport Division. He gave the writer along the way.

6. Ilham Akbar and Maulana Adi as the writer ’s partners for providing a wonderful atmosphere in Jawa Pos when doing the internship.
7. My beloved idol, Raisa Andriana who always accompany me with her beautiful songs and be a mood booster when I did my final report.

30 BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
The writer’s name is Irene Novella Sidabutar. She was born in Surabaya, 18
th
November 1994. Her closest friends call her “Irene” besides “Vella”. She is the youngest from super talented brother, Argha Putra Arvan Sidabutar. She is addicted in music, especially for genre in Jazz, Pop, and RnB. Moreover, she is falling in love in singing every single day.
Perfectly, singing is not just being passion for her, but it has become spirit in her life.
After finishing her Elementary School (2000-2006) at SDK Santa Maria Regina Surabaya, Junior High School (2006-2009) at SMP Negeri 17 Surabaya, and Senior High School (2009-2012) at SMA Negeri 14 Surabaya, the writer continued her study at English Diploma of Universitas Airlangga and took Business Communication program as her major. As a student, she was quite active in academic and non-academic activity in Universitas Airlangga. For non-academic activity, she joined in UKM Paduan Suara Universitas Airlangga and BSO Musik in Faculty of Humanities.
By this time, she will have a graduation from English Diploma at Universitas Airlangga. She hopes that she will get a good score and continue her study as good as possible.
