ABSTRAK

Anang Dwi Prasetya. 2016. Pengantar karya Tugas Akhir ini berjudul
“Perancangan Promosi Wisata Puncak Wringin Di Purbalingga Melalui Media
Komunikasi Visual”. Adapun permasalahan yang dikaji adalah: (1) Bagaimana
merancang strategi promosi untuk Wisata Puncak Wringin agar menarik perhatian
masyarakat luas? (2) Bagaimanakah merancang media promosi yang tepat, efektif,
dan komunikatif untuk mempromosikan Wisata Puncak Wringin? Tujuan dari
perancangan ini adalah untuk Merancang strategi promosi Wisata Puncak
Wringin agar mampu menarik perhatian masyarakat dan memudahkan
pengunjung untuk mencapai lokasi wisata melalui pemilihan komunikasi visual
yang tepat serta merancang media promosi yang tepat, efektif, dan komunikatif
untuk mempromosikan Wisata Puncak Wringin. Purbalingga adalah salah satu
Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sekarang ini di Purbalingga terdapat banyak
wisata baru salah satunya adalah Wisata Puncak Wringin. Wisata Puncak Wringin
merupakan wisata pemandangan alam yang baru diresmikan pada tanggal 1
januari 2016. Namun kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh pengelola
menjadikannya wisata tersebut kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Oleh karena
itu, dengan adanya perancangan promosi Wisata Puncak Wringin ini diharapkan
dapat menambah eksistensi Wisata Puncak Wringin sehingga banyak wisatawan
yang berkunjung ke wisata tersebut.

ABSTRACT

Anang Dwi Prasetya, 2016. The introduction this final project is entitled “Designing
Promotion Puncak Wringin Tourism In Purbalingga Through Visual communication
Media”. The problems examined are: (1) How to Designing Promotion Strategy for
Puncak Wringin Tourism that making all people be excited? (2) How to designing
promotion media be useful,effective and communicative for promoted Puncak Wringin
Tourism? The aim of this design is to designing promotion strategy Puncak Wiringin
Tourism in order to attract people and facilitate visitors to reach the tourism site by
election right visual communication and designing appropriate communication media,
effective and communicative to promote the Puncak Wringin Tourism. Purbalingga is the
city in central java. Currently in Purbalingga there are many new tourist one of which is
the Puncak Wringin Tourism. Puncak Wringin Tourism is the travel landscape , which
was inaugurated on January 1, 2016. But because not enough promotion by tour manager
making that tourist less known by the public. So with my Design promotion Puncak
Wringin Tourism, i hope it will be useful to promoted this tourist and all people will be
going to Puncak wringin Tourism.
