ANNOUNCEMENT
THE REPLACEMENT OF HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT
PT SURYA ESA PERKASA TBK

In connection with the resignation of Ms. Yacinta Adinda as a Head of Internal Audit of
PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk., the Board of Directors of PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk. hereby
announces that effective as of August 25, 2016 the duties, functions and
responsibilities of the Head of Internal Audit of PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk. will be
conducted by Mr. Presby Tetelepta as a temporary of Head of Internal Audit until the
enactment of the new definitive official Head of Internal Audit.
