Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi hasil observasi awal pada guru akuntansi yang
menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru akuntansi belum optimal. Hal ini bisa dilihat
dari penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang kurang inovatif, belum maksimalnya
pembuatan kerangka KBM, guru mengajar tidak sesuai dengan kurikulum, dan
kedisiplinan guru yang masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja
guru Akuntansi di SMK se-Kabupaten Wonogiri secara parsial maupun simultan.
Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi sebanyak 47 guru Akuntansi. Jenis
penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Metode
pengumpulan data dengan metode angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif persentase. Pengujian hipotesis
menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan rata-rata kinerja guru akuntansi dalam
kategori cukup, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam kategori baik dan disiplin
kerja guru dalam kategori cukup. Hasil analisis regresi dengan SPSS 17.0
menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara kepemimpinan kepala
sekolah terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi sebesar 21,16%, terdapat pengaruh secara
parsial antara disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi sebesar 25,20%,
dan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan
disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi sebesar 44,30%.
Simpulan secara parsial dan simultan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan
disiplin kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Akuntansi SMK seKabupaten Wonogiri. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan yaitu: kepala sekolah
harus mengembangkan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh guru dan mengembangkan
potensi sekolah secara maksimal sehingga dapat memajukan sekolah, kepala
sekolah perlu memberikan penghargaan atas prestasi kerja yang dicapai guru
sehingga guru dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya, guru harus senantiasa
meningkatkan kualifikasi akademiknya agar dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan
perkembangan dunia pendidikan, pendidikan dan pelatihan guru harus
ditingkatkan agar guru memiliki bekal yang memadai untuk dapat menjalankan
tugasnya dengan baik, kedisiplinan guru harus senantiasa ditingkatkan agar dapat
menyelesaikan tugasnya tepat waktu dan dapat menjadi teladan bagi peserta didik.

This research background results of preliminary observations on accounting
teacher who showed that accounting teacher performance is not optimal. It can be
seen from the use of innovative learning methods that are less, not maximal
production of teaching and learning framework, teacher do not teach in
accordance with the curriculum, and teachers work discipline who are less. This
study aims to determine influence the leadership of school principals and the
teachers work discipline on the performance of accounting teacher at Vocational
High School as Wonogiri district partially or simultaneously.
This study involves a population of 47 accounting teachers. This research
type is quantitative correlation approach. The methods of data collection by
questionnaire method. The data analysis methods used in this research is
descriptive percentage. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis.
The descriptive analysis results showed average teacher performance in the
category of enough, the principal’s leadership in the category of good, and the
teachers work discipline in the category of enough. The results of regression
analysis with SPSS 17.0 shows that there is a partial influence of the principal’s
leadership on the accounting teacher performance at 21,16%, there is a partial
effect between the teachers work discipline on the accounting teacher
performance at 25,20%, there is simultaneous influence among the leadership of
school principals and teachers work discipline on the accounting teacher
performance at 44,30%.
The conclusion partially and simultaneously the leadership of school
prinsipals and teachers work discipline influence on the performance of
accounting teacher at Vocational High School as Wonogiri district.the advice that
is given to the author: the principals must develop the capabilities of the teachers
and schools to develop the potential of the maximum so as to promote school, the
principals need to recognize outstanding performance achieved by teachers so that
teachers can improve their performance, teachers must constantly improve the
academic qualifications to adjust to the development of the education world,
education and training for teacher should be enhanced for teacher to have
adequate provision to be able to carry out their duties properly, discipline teachers
must always be improved in order to complete tasks on time and can become a
role model for students.

disiplin kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Akuntansi SMK seKabupaten Wonogiri. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan yaitu: kepala sekolah
harus mengembangkan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh guru dan mengembangkan
potensi sekolah secara maksimal sehingga dapat memajukan sekolah, kepala
sekolah perlu memberikan penghargaan atas prestasi kerja yang dicapai guru
sehingga guru dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya, guru harus senantiasa
