ABSTRAK

  Skripsi ini berjudul “A Contrastive Analysis of Imperative Sentence Between English and Karonese” bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan melihat secara ilmiah pembahasan tentang perbandingan dua bahasa yang induk bahasanya juga berbeda.

  Skripsi ini memfokuskan perbandingannya pada: tipe, fungsi dan penanda yang terkandung pada setiap bahasa tersebut. Didalam proses pengkajian data digunakan metode deskriptif untuk membandingkan antara imperative sentence diantara kedua bahasa yang berbeda tersebut. Maka dengan itu, untuk melakukan dan mengumpulkan data data tertulis yang berkaitan dengan struktur bahasa dilakukanlah penelitian kepustakaan yang berkenaan dengan tata bahasa (gramatikal), terutama yang terkait di dalam kedua bahasa tersebut . Pembahasan Imperative sentence ini merupakan proses yang sangat panjang dan memerlukan kehati-hatian. Dari analisa data diperoleh hasil yaitu persamaan dan perbedaan dari emperative sentence yang ditinjau dari segi tipe, fingsi, dan penanda antara kedua bahasa tersebut dan hasilnya memudahkan para pembaca khususnya para pelajar dalam memahami imperative sentence dalam suatu bahasa.

  iii ABSTRACT This thesis entitled "A Contrastive Analysis of Imperative Sentence Between English and Karonese " aims to find out and see the scientific discussion of the comparison of the two languages is the mother language is also different . This thesis focuses on the comparison : types , function and markers contained in each of these languages. In the assessment process the data used descriptive method to compare between the imperative sentence between the two different languages . So with that , to make a written record and collect data relating to the structure of the language was undertaken research literature relating to grammar ( grammatical ) , especially as related in both these languages . Discussion Imperative sentence is a very long process and requires caution . From the analysis of the data obtained results are the similarities and differences of the sentence imperative terms of type , function , and bookmarks between the languages and the results are easy for readers , especially students in understanding the imperative sentence in a language.
