Reason for *

change:

The specification contains an informative Annex E that illustrates how
the specification can be extended to meet the requirements of specific
EO missions. The extension that is described has however meanwhile
become obsolete. It is therefore proposed to replace the contents of
Annex E with a description of a new extension targeted at long time
data preservation.
