change:

It is useful to know when the metadata was inserted inside the
Catalogue (for harvesting use cases etc ). This is not necessarily
the same as the metadata creation date. It is therefore beneficial to
add an additional optional metadata element
�insertionDate�
This "insertionDate" is the date of insertion of the
metadata record into the Catalogue system.
Note that this value is completed by the catalogue system upon
ingestion and may be different from the creationDate, processingDate,
archivingDate and acquisitionDate.
