ABSTRAK
Reza Akbari, 210103110115, 2014. Laporan tugas akhir ini berjudul, Tugas
Seorang Dutty Officer (DO) di Radio 102,3 Rase FM. Pembimbing Drs. Dian

Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja tugas seorang
Dutty Officer dimulai dari tugas – tugas utama maupun side task nya baik di
studio, maupun di OB Van radio 102,3 Rase FM.
Metode yang digunakan dalam menyusun Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah
metode deskriptif . Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara
memasukan data-data yang di dapat dari hasil penelitian selama praktek kerja
lapangan berdasarkan fakta yang tampak dan penelusuran data online.
Hasil observasi ini adalah tugas seorang Dutty Officer tidak hanya dalam
urusan teknis saja, melainkan bisa juga sebagai operator mixer, bahkan sampai
pelengkap dalam proses produksi siaran di Radio 102,3 Rase FM Bandung.
Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa tugas seorang Dutty Officer tidak bisa dianggap
remeh, meski dilihat dari segi kesulitan tidaklah begitu kompleks. Dalam sebuah
produksi program siaran, dutty officer sangatlah menentukan sukses nya program
tersebut.
Penulis menyarankan sebaiknya perlu adanya berbagai macam alat pendukung
dalam proses produksi siaran untuk menunjang tugas seorang DO, agar dapat
melaksanakan tugas dengan sempurna dan dapat lebih mamjukan Radio 102,3
Rase FM Bandung.

The purpose of this thesis is to to describe the Jobdesk of a dutty officer start
from their main task until their side task wether at studio or OB Van.
The method used in preparing this final report is descriptive. Data collection
techniques is done by entering the data obtained from the results of the study
during the field work practice based on facts and data retrieval appear online.
The result of this observation is the task of dutty officer is not only taking care
at technicals matters, but also can be as a mixer opertor, even can be as a
complement in the production proccess at Radio 102,3 Rase FM Bandung.
The author concludes that the task of a dutty officer can’t be underestimated,
even seen from the difficulties, it was not so complex. In a proccess of a
production of a air programme, a dutty officer can be considered the one which
decides the succes of the programme.
Authors suggesting that the needs of modern and sophisticated equipment to
complement the task of a dutty officer, so they can do their task more excelent,
aslo they can make the air programme more advanced at Radio 102,3 Rase FM
Bandung.
