HUBUNGAN ANTARA DUKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP MOTIVASI
LANSIA MENGHADIRI POSYANDU LANSIA
xiv + 51 hal + 7 tabel + 2 gambar + 10 lampiran
Latar belakang; Posyandu lansia merupakan bentuk peran serta masyarakat lansia
dalam upaya bidang kesehatan untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal serta
kondisi menua yang sehat dan mandiri. Sehingga dalam pemanfaatannya diperlukan
suatu motivasi yang mampu untuk menggerakkan diri lansia menghadiri posyandu
lansia. Melalui dukungan keluarga yang baik diharapkan akan memunculkan
motivasi lansia yang tinggi pula dalam menghadiri posyandu lansia. Tujuan;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara dukungan
keluarga terhadap motivasi lansia menghadiri posyandu lansia. Metode penelitian;
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non experimental dengan studi
korelasional dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah desain cross sectional.
Instrumen berupa kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan motivasi. Subyek penelitian
adalah semua lansia usia 60-74 tahun di RW 3 Kelurahan Bulusan Kecamatan
Banyumanik Semarang dengan sample sebanyak 40 orang. Untuk pengolahan dan
analisa data uji Fisher Exact.
Hasil penelitian; Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang
signifikan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap motivasi lansia menghadiri posyandu
lansia, didapatkan hasil uji Fisher Exact dengan significancy = 0,300 pada a = 0,05
Kesimpulan; Untuk dapat memunculkan motivasi lansia dalam menghadiri
posyandu lansia hendaknya perawat mencari strategi dalam meningkatkan kehadiran
lansia yaitu dengan berbagai kegiatan yang menarik seperti senam lansia, arisan,
penyuluhan kesehatan, dll sehingga muncul kesemangatan dari dalam diri lansia.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FAMILY SUPPORT TO MOTIVATION
of ELDERLY ATTEND ELDERLY POSYANDU

Background; Eldelry posyandu is a form of the role of society in the efforts to reach
the optimum health and also to get aging condition which it health and independent.
So that in its exploiting needed an motivation which capable to move 'self of elderly
attend elderly posyandu. Through a good family support expected will appear high
motivation off elderly to in attending elderly posyandu.
Objective; The objective of this research is to find out about the correlation between
familiy support towards elderly motivation in attending elderly posyandu. Method;
This research is non experiment qualitative research with correlation study and used
cross sectional approach. The instrument of this research is questionare of family
support and motivation. The research subject is all of the elderly 60-74 years old
which live in RW 3 Bulusan Distric, Banyumanik Subdistrict, Semarang. The
samples of this research are 40 elderly. The process and the analyze of this research
are used Fisher Exact Test.
Result of research; The result of this research indicate that there is no significant
correlation between family support with elderly motivation to attending elderly
posyandu. Fisher Exact Test show that the value of significancy is 0,300 in a 0,05.
Conclusion; In order to rising elderly motivasion to ettending elderly posyandu,
nurse should look for strategy to improv the number of attendance of elderly of the
elderly with various interesting activity like elderly gymnastic, gathering, health
counseling, ect. So there will be a good enthusiasm for attending elderly posyandu
from themself
