HOLES” (PROGRAM LADDER DIAGRAM)”

ABSTRAKSI
Tujuan dari pembuatan proyek akhir ini adalah membuat program ladder
diagram pada PLC Omron CP1E yang akan menghasilkan gerakan simulasi
drilling four holes pada alat peraga PLC-pneumatik ”drilling four holes
equipment”.
Proses pembuatan program ladder diagram ini menggunakan perangkat
lunak CX-Programmer 9.0, dan menggunakan 8 kontak input dari 12 input dan 6
kontak output dari 8 kontak output yang tersedia.
Hasil dari pembuatan program ini adalah alat peraga PLC-pneumatik
”drilling four holes equipment” dapat melakukan simulasi gerakan pengeboran
pada empat lubang yang berbeda dalam satu buah benda kerja.
Kata kunci : PLC, pneumatik, drilling four holes, Omron CP1E, ladder diagram,
CX-Programmer.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this final project is making ladder diagram programs on
PLC Omron CP1E that will generate movement by drilling four holes simulation

in the demonstrating tool of PLC-pneumatic ” drilling four holes equipment” .
The process of making this ladder diagram programs is using software
CX-Programmer 9.0, and using 8 input contact from 12 input and 6 output
contact from 8 output contact are available.
The result of making this program is the demonstrating tool of PLCpneumatic ” drilling four holes” will be generate simulation movement of drilling
in four different holes in one workpiece.
