HUBUNGAN KEGIATAN FAMILY GATHERING SCOPE BANDUNG DENGAN SIKAP ANGGOTA TERHADAP ORGANISASI.

Masyarakat, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Padjadjaran, 2012. Penelitian
dengan judul “Hubungan kegiatan Family Gathering Scope Bandung dengan
sikap anggota terhadap organisasi”. Penelitian ini di bawah bimbingan Drs. H.
Iriana Bakti, M.Si., sebagai pembimbing utama dan Aang Koswara, S.sos. M.Si.,
sebagai pembimbing pendamping.
Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana hubungan
kegiatan Family Gathering Scope Bandung dengan sikap anggota terhadap
organisasi dengan menggunakan metode korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data
dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket, wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka.
Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Scope Bandung, dengan jumlah
sampel 46 orang responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori integrasi informasi.
Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan
antara kegiatan Family Gathering Scope Bandung dengan sikap anggota terhadap
organisasi, dilihat dari bobot informasi dan valensi pesan yang berhubungan
dengan aspek kognitif, afektif dan konatif anggota terhadap Scope Bandung.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara
kegiatan Family Gathering Scope Bandung dengan sikap anggota terhadap
organisasi, tetapi terdapat hubungan yang sangat lemah antara bobot infomasi dan
valensi isi pesan dengan aspek konatif anggota. Saran untuk penelitian ini,
diharapkan kegiatan dikaji dengan lebih baik dan lebih menarik untuk dapat
meningkatkan jumlah anggota untuk regenerasi organisasi, serta dorongan dan
masukan dari para senior juga lebih di tingkatkan sehingga anggota semakin tahu
dan mengerti apa yang diinginkan Scope Bandung kedepannya.

titled "The relationship between the activities of Scope Bandung Family
Gathering through the attitude of the members toward organization". This
research under the guidance of Drs. H. Iriana Bakti, M.Si., As the main
supervisor and Aang Koswara, S.sos. M.Si., as a companion guide.
The research goal is to determine the extent of relationship activities of
Scope Bandung Family Gathering through the attitude of the members toward
organization by using the correlation method. The data collection techniques
conducted through questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study.
Respondents in this study were members of Scope Bandung, with the number of
samples of 46 respondents. This study uses information integration theory.
The result of this research known that there is a significant relation
between the activities of Scope Bandung Family Gathering through the attitude of
the members toward organization, viewed from the weight of information and the
valence of a message related with aspects of cognitive, affective, and konatif
members toward Scope Bandung.
The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant relation
between the activities of Scope Bandung Family Gathering through the attitude of
the members toward organization, however there is a fragile relationship between
the weight of information and the valence of a message through the aspect of
konatif members. The suggestion toward this research, expected activity assessed
better and more attractive to be able to increase the number of members to
regenerate organization, as well as encouragement and input from the senior is
also further enhanced so that members realize and understand what the desired
Scope Bandung in the future.
