Lembar Penjelasan Hubungan Resistensi Insulin Menggunakan HOMA
IR Dengan Rasio Profil Lipid Pada Penderita Sindrom Metabolik
Selamat pagi/Siang, Bapak/Ibu
Pada hari ini, saya dr. Rini Rahmayani, saat ini sedang menjalani
pendidikan Dokter Spesialis Patologi Klinik FK USU, ingin menjelaskan
kepada bapak/ibu tentang penelitian yang akan saya lakukan berjudul:”
Hubungan Resistensi Insulin Menggunakan HOMA IR
dengan Rasio
Profil Lipid pada Penderita Sindrom Metabolik . Penelitian ini dilakukan
untuk meneliti terjadinya resistensi insulin pada kelompok Sindrom Metabolik.
Saya akan mencatat identitas bapak/ibu, nomor rekam medis, nama
umur, jenis kelamin, tekanan darah, berat badan, pekerjaan, alamat.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel darah sebanyak 1/3
sendok makan atau sejumlah 5 cc darah, lokasi pengambilan di pembuluh
darah lengan kiri yang dilakukan oleh seseorang yang ahli dibidangnya,
sehingga resiko yang mungkin timbul saat pengambilan darah akan sangat
kecil. Efek samping sangat kecil diantara berupa rasa nyeri pada tempat
darah yang diambil dan bisa terjadi resiko terjadi perdarahan , namun hal ini
sangat jarang terjadi.
Manfaat penelitian ini adalah dengan pemeriksaan kadar insulin dapat
dipakai terjadinya resistensi insulin , resistensi insulin dapat digunakan
sebagai prediktor untuk menentukan faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit
Kardiovaskular,
sehingga
angka
kesakitan
dan
kematian
penyakit
Kardiovaskular berkurang.
Penelitian ini tidak menimbulkan hal-hal yang berbahaya atau efek
samping bagi Bapak/Ibu sekalian. Namun bila terjadi hal-hal yang berbahaya/
efek samping selama penelitian berlangsung, saya akan bertanggung jawab
untuk memberikan pertolongan / biaya / pengobatan/membantu mengatasi
masalah/efek samping tersebut.

Keikutsertaan Bapak/Ibu dalam penelitian ini adalah sukarela. Bila
keterangan yang saya berikan masih belum jelas atau ada hal-hal yang

Lembar Penjelasan Hubungan Resistensi Insulin Menggunakan HOMA
IR Dengan Rasio Profil Lipid Pada Penderita Sindrom Metabolik
Selamat pagi/Siang, Bapak/Ibu
Pada hari ini, saya dr. Rini Rahmayani, saat ini sedang menjalani
pendidikan Dokter Spesialis Patologi Klinik FK USU, ingin menjelaskan
kepada bapak/ibu tentang penelitian yang akan saya lakukan berjudul:”
Hubungan Resistensi Insulin Menggunakan HOMA IR
dengan Rasio
Profil Lipid pada Penderita Sindrom Metabolik . Penelitian ini dilakukan
untuk meneliti terjadinya resistensi insulin pada kelompok Sindrom Metabolik.
Saya akan mencatat identitas bapak/ibu, nomor rekam medis, nama
umur, jenis kelamin, tekanan darah, berat badan, pekerjaan, alamat.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel darah sebanyak 1/3
sendok makan atau sejumlah 5 cc darah, lokasi pengambilan di pembuluh
darah lengan kiri yang dilakukan oleh seseorang yang ahli dibidangnya,
sehingga resiko yang mungkin timbul saat pengambilan darah akan sangat
kecil. Efek samping sangat kecil diantara berupa rasa nyeri pada tempat
darah yang diambil dan bisa terjadi resiko terjadi perdarahan , namun hal ini
sangat jarang terjadi.
Manfaat penelitian ini adalah dengan pemeriksaan kadar insulin dapat
dipakai terjadinya resistensi insulin , resistensi insulin dapat digunakan
sebagai prediktor untuk menentukan faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit
Kardiovaskular,
sehingga
angka
kesakitan
dan
kematian
penyakit
Kardiovaskular berkurang.
Penelitian ini tidak menimbulkan hal-hal yang berbahaya atau efek
samping bagi Bapak/Ibu sekalian. Namun bila terjadi hal-hal yang berbahaya/
efek samping selama penelitian berlangsung, saya akan bertanggung jawab
untuk memberikan pertolongan / biaya / pengobatan/membantu mengatasi
masalah/efek samping tersebut.

Keikutsertaan Bapak/Ibu dalam penelitian ini adalah sukarela. Bila
keterangan yang saya berikan masih belum jelas atau ada hal-hal yang
belum jelas, Bapak /Ibu dapat langsung bertanya kepada saya.
