ABSTRAK

Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di kawasan pertanian Jaya Alam lestari
yang bersertifikat organik no. 065/LSPO-003IDN/11/12 Desa Cisondari
Kecamatan Pasir Jambu Kabupaten Bandung dan Analisis dilakukan di
Laboratorium Fisiologi Dapertemen Fisiologi dan Farmakologi, Fakultas
Kedokteran Hewan Institut Pertanian Bogor. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada
tanggal 20 Maret 2012 sampai 19 April 2012. Tujuan penelitian adalah
untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Kadar Hb, eritrosit, dan hematokrit kelinci
pada pemeliharaan berdasarkan sistem pangan organik dan pemeliharaan
mana yang memberikan status terbaik berdasarkan sistem pangan organik.
Penelitian dilakukan secara Deskriptif menggunakan Uji T-Student.
Perlakuan disusun sebagai berikut : X (dikandangkan), Y (Ranch). Setiap
perlakuan diulang sebanyak sepuluh kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa pemeliharaan kelinci yang dikandangkan dan ranch terhadap besar

kadar hemoglobin Hb, jumlah eritrosit, dan kadar hematokrit memberikan
pengaruh yang tidak berbeda nyata dan status terbaik .

ORGANIC AGRICULTURAL AREA

ABSTRACT

A research was conducted in Jaya Alam Lestari agricultural area
with organic certificate no. 065/LSPO-003IDN/11/12, Cisondari Village,
Pasir Jambu Subdistrict, Bandung Regency and an analysis was made in
Physiological Lab, Department of Physiology and Pharmacology, School of
Veterinary Medicine, Bogor Institute of Agriculture. The research was

performed from 20 March 2012 to 19 April 2012. The objectives of the
research are to understand to what extent contents of rabbit Hb, erythrocyte,
and hemotocryte in culture based on the organic food system and what
cultures is providing best status based on the organic food system. The
research is carried out in descriptive manner using T-Student Test.
Treatments are arranged as follows: X (put into a stable), Y (Ranch). Each
treatment is repeated at the rate of ten times. The results of the research
shown that rabbit culture in pen and ranch have best status and really
similar effects on the magnitude of hemoglobin (Hb) value, the amount of
erythrocyte, and hemotocryte value.
