PERTANIAN ORGANIK JAYA ALAM LESTARI

ABSTRAK

Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di kawasan pertanian organik Jaya
Alam Lestari, Desa Cisondari Kecamatan Pasir Jambu Kabupaten Bandung
pada tanggal 20 Maret – 19 April 2012. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui besarnya rasio neutrofil limfosit dan mengetahui pada
perlakuan mana yang memberikan respon rasio neutrofil limfosit yang
optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, uji T-student
dengan populasi tidak berpasangan, dimana masing-masing diberikan
perlakuan 10 ekor dikandangkan dan 10 ekor ranch. Peubah yang diamati
dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah leukosit, neutrofil, limfosit dan rasio
neutrofil limfosit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya rasio
neutrofil dan limfosit kelinci yang dikandangkan (1,99) sedangkan kelinci
yang di ranch (3,01) dan respon rasio neutrofil limfosit pada kedua
perlakuan tidak dalam kondisi optimal akibat stres dari pengaruh cuaca
ekstrim serta respon neutrofil limfosit hanya berlangsung 24-48 jam.

RATIO OF THE NEUTROPHIL AND LYMPHOCYTE OF RABBITS
THAT ARE BRED IN A HUTCH AND IN A RANCH IN JAYA
ALAM LESTARI’S ORGANIC FARM AREA

ABSTRACT

The research was conducted in Jaya Alam Lestari’s organic farm
area, Cisondari Village, Pasir Jambu Sub-district, Bandung Regency from
March 20 to April 19, 2012. The objective of research was to determine the
ratio of neutrophil and lymphocyte response of rabbits and to find out
which treatment provides an optimal ratio of neutrophil and lymphocyte.
This research used a descriptive method, T-student test by an unpaired
population, where each was given a treatment, 10 rabbits bred in a hutch
and 10 in a ranch. The variables observed in this research were the numbers
of leukocyte, neutrophil, and lymphocyte and the ration of neutrophil and

lymphocyte. The research results showed that the extent of the ratio of
neutrophil and lymphocyte of the rabbits in hutch was 1.99 and in ranch
3.01, whereas the ratio of neutrophil and lymphocyte response in both
treatments was not in optimal condition due to the stress caused by the
effect of extreme weather and that neutrophil and lymphocyte response was
going on in only 24-48 hours.
