UNPAD. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini berjudul “MEKANISME
KERJA DIVISI
OFF-AIR DI OZ RADIO 103,1 FM BANDUNG”. Drs. Duddy Zein , M.Si
sebagai dosen pembimbing dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini. Program Diploma III
Pendidikan Ahli Terapan (PAKT) Jurusan Penyiaran Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi
Universitas Padjadjaran.
Tujuan dari penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui
gambaran tentang Pra Produksi , Produksi , dan Pasca Produksi dalam Mekanisme
kerja di Divisi Off-air di Oz Radio 103,1 FM Bandung .
Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah
metode deskriptif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi
pengamatan di lapangan melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta studi kepustakaan .
Hasil Pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa tahapan Pra produksi event yang
terdiri dari membuat tujuan, menentukan konsep , anggaran biaya, menentukan SDM
untuk event ,perizinan. Produksi tahap ini adalaha tahap pelaksanaan yang dilakukan
pada pra-event dan event. Pasca produksi yaitu Evaluasi yang terdiri dari rapat
evaluasi dan laporan evaluasi.
Simpulan bahwa untuk melakukan sebuah pengelolaan event offair di oz
radio Bandung harus memiliki perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program event dan dapat
mengetahui evaluasi atas pertanggung jawaban selama pelaksanaan event
berlangsung.

The purpose of this final project report writing is to describe about the preproduction, production, and post production work at the Division Off-air in Oz
Radio103.1 FM Bandung
The method usedin writing thefinal reportis descriptive method. Fordata
collection techniquesis done by observation in the field study through interviews and
observation, and literature study.
The observations indicate that the pre production stages event that consists
of making goals, define concepts, cost budget, determine the Human Resources for
the event, licensing. The production of this stage is the stage of implementation was
done on the pre-event and event. Post production is the evaluation of the meeting
evaluation and evaluation reports.
A summary of that to do a management event offair in oz radio bandung must
have planning and event program implementation and can determine the evaluation
of liability forthe implementation ofthe event .forthe implementation ofthe event.
