Program Studi Penyiaran, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Padjadjaran,
Jatinangor.
Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses produksi berita
untuk website prfmnews.com yang merupakan portal news dari radio PR 107,5 FM
Bandung. Mulai dari proses praproduksi, produksi, pascaproduksi, dan kelebihan
serta kekurangan yang ditemukan ketika menulis berita online berdasarkan
wawancara via telepon.
Dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini, metode yang digunakan penulis adalah
metode deskriptif. Metode deskriptif adalah metode yang mendeskripsikan keadaan
objek observasi sesuai fakta yang terjadi di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang
digunakan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan penelusuran
data online.
Hasil observasi ini mengarah pada proses produksi berita untuk website
prfmnews.com yang beritanya bersumber dari topik siaran, laporan pendengar, serta
wawancara melalui telepon yang dilakukan dalam program siaran di Radio PRFM.
Website berita PRFM membantu memperbarui berita untuk pendengar PRFM yang
tidak sempat mendengarkan siaran radio melalui berita-berita online, podcast, serta
rekaman wawancara.

Diploma III Education Expert of Applied Communication, Program Study of
Broadcasting, Faculty of Communication, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor.
The purpose of this final report is to describe news production process for
website prfmnews.com which is portal news of PR Radio 107,5 FM Bandung. Starts
from the preproduction, production, postproduction, and the advantages and
disadvantages that found when writing online news based on telephone interviews.
In this final report, the method that used by writer is descriptive method.
Descriptive method is a method to describe the observation object based on facts that
happened. Data collection technique that used is through observation, interviews,
library research, and online research.
The result of this observation leads to news production process for website
prfmnews.com which is the news comes from broadcast topic, citizen report, and
telephone interview through broadcast. News website of PRFM helps the listeners
who have no time for listening radio to keep updating their information by online
news, podcast, and interview recordings.
