NEWS PRESENTER DALAM PROGRAM "HALO BANDUNG PETANG" DI PJTV BANDUNG.
ABSTRAK

Presenter dalam Program “Halo Bandung Petang” di PJTV Bandung. Dosen
Pembimbing: Drs. Duddy Zein, M.Si. Subprogram Studi Penyiaran, Program
Diploma Penyiaran, Pendidikan Ahli Terapan, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi,
Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses produksi program
berita, tugas dan peran news presenter dan syarat atau kriteria news presenter “Halo
Bandung Petang” di PJTV Bandung.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu
observasi yang merupakan pengamatan secara langsung, wawancara dengan pihak
terkait dan pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan.
Dari hasil pengamatan, penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam proses
produksi berita itu ada tiga proses yaitu proses pra produksi, produksi dan pasca
produksi. Tugas dan peran news presenter yaitu membacakan naskah berita pada saat
voice over, presenter dan memperbaiki naskah berita yang telah dibuat oleh wartawan
atau reporter untuk disajikan atau disampaikan kepada pemirsa (audiensi). Dan syarat
atau kriteria news presenter di “Halo Bandung Petang” yaitu cerdas, harus bisa
improvisasi, suara yang enak didengar, intonasinya dan wajah yang menarik.
Penulis menyarankan agar produser lebih teliti lagi terhadap naskah berita
yang akan diberikan kepada news presenter dan juga news presenter hadir dalam
rapat, sehingga mengetahui informasi yang tidak ditulis oleh wartawan atau reporter
dalam naskah berita.

This report final thesis aims to determine the production process of news
programme, rasks and roles, and requirements news presenter or presenter news
criteria “Halo Bandung Petang” in PJTV Bandung.
The method uses in this paper is a descriptive method of observation which is
the direct observation, interviews with stakeholders and the collection of data trough
observation literature study.
From study, the authors conclude that in the news production process there are
three processes, namely the process of pre-production, production and postproduction. Tasks and roles that news presenter read out the news text when voice
over, presenter and repair news script that has been created by journalist or
reporters to be server or delivered to the audience. Requirements or criteria and
news presenter in “Halo Bandung Petang” is smart, have to be improvised, catchy
sound, good intonation and interesting facial.
The written suggested that producers more closely to the news text to be given
to the news presenter and also news presenter in the meeting, so knowing that the
information is not written by journalist or reporters in news script.
