AnalisisFaktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Saham Pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul "Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi
Pendapatan saham pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia". Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Equity
Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Price to
Book Value (PBV) terhadap pendapatan (return) saham.
Penelitian ini menggunakan FEM (Fixed Effect Model) melalui uji
Hausman data panel diproses dengan menggunakan Eviews. Jumlah sampel
setelah melewati tahap purposive sampling adalah 17 perusahaan properti yang
terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2011-2015.
Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel EarningPer Share (EPS) dan
Price to Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return
saham, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER)
memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham.

ABSTRACT
This research entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting stock return in
property Company that Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange". The objective of this
research to analyze the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), Earnings Per
Share(EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) to stock
return.
This Research uses FEM (Fixed Effect Model) through the Hausman test
of panel data is processed using Eviews. The number of samplethat examined
after passed purpossive sampling phase is 17 property companies that listed in
Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2011-2015.
The results of the estimation shows that the variable Earning Per Share
(EPS) and Price to Book Value (PBV)has positive and significant influence on
stock return, while the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price Earning Ratio
(PER)has negative and no significant influence on stock return.
