Monitoring Status Presens Pada Pasien Menggunakan Biometric Sensor
ABSTRAK
Kesehatan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan. Memiliki kesehatan
yang buruk tentu sangat menyulitkan bagi setiap orang, karena meraka harus rutin
melakukan pemeriksaan ke rumah sakit. Perjalanan dan waktu tunggu rumah sakit juga
sering kali membuat pasien cemas tentang keadaan kesehatannya. Status presens
merupakan cara paling mudah yang diperhatikan dokter untuk mengetahui status
pasiennya. Detak jantung, pernafasan, dan suhu tubuh merupakan beberapa faktor yang
terdapat dalam penentuan status presens. Dengan mengamati perkembangan ketiga faktor
tersebut, dokter dapat membuat keputusan tentang perkembangan penyakit yang diderita
pasiennya. Namun hal tersebut hanya dapat dilakukan dokter jika saat sedang memeriksa
pasiennya. E-Health Shield merupakan perangkat yang dapat membantu mengetahui status
presens pasien, dengan menghubungkan E-Health Shield pada arduino uno dan modul
GPRS, kita dapat mengirim perkembangan status presens pasien ke dalam sebuah sistem.
Dengan memberikan E-Health Shield yang sudah dikemas menjadi sebuah perangkat
biometrik kepada pasien, pasien tidak harus menemui dokter untuk mengetahui keadaan
penyakitnya. Dengan bantuan sistem yang terhubung dengan internet, dokter dapat melihat
grafik status presens pasien yang sedang berkonsultasi. Sistem ini menghasilkan grafik
status presens pasien seperti; detak jantung, suhu tubuh, dan pernafasan.

ABSTRACT
Health is a very important factor in life. Have poor health would be very difficult for
everyone, because of them should be routine examination to the hospital. Travel and wait
time hospitals also often make patients anxious about the state of his health. Status presens
is the easiest way to consider the doctor to know the status of the patient. Heart rate,
respiration, and body temperature are some of the factors in determining the status presens.
By observing the development of these three factors, the doctor can make a decision about
the development of the illness patients. However, it can only be done if the doctor when he
was checking his patients. E-Health Shield is a tool that can help determine the status of
the patient presens, by connecting the E-Health Shield on arduino uno and GPRS modules,
we can send the patient to the development presens status in a system. By providing EHealth Shield that has been packaged into a biometric device to the patient, the patient
should see a doctor to know the state of the disease. With the help of a system that is
connected to the Internet, the doctor can see a graph presens status of patients being
consulted. The system generates a graph presens status of such patients; heart rate, body
temperature, and respiration.
