Latar belakang: Saat ini proses persalinan pervaginam telah berkembang, bertujuan
memberi rasa nyaman, aman dan menyenangkan, serta dapat mengurangi dan bila
mungkin meniadakan rasa cemas dan menegangkan. Ada beberapa metode
nonfarmakologis yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengurangi nyeri persalinan, salah
satunya adalah dengan pelaksanaan hypnobirthing. Hypnobirthing adalah upaya
alami menanamkan niat ke pikiran bawah sadar untuk menghadapi persalinan dengan
tenang dan sadar Efeknya dapat menenangkan, hilangnya rasa cemas dan relaksasi
ibu bersalin.
Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pelaksanaan hypnobirthing
terhadap persepsi kepuasan ibu persalinan kala I.
Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelatif dengan pendekatan
cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 32 orang. Tekhnik pengmbilan sampel adalah total
sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji pearson chi-square.
Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada responden diperoleh mayoritas responden
berada pada rentang umur 20-35 tahun sebanyak 17 orang (53,1%), paritas ibu
multipara sebanyak 17 orang (53,1%) dan tingkat pendidikan responden adalah SMA

sebanyak 17 orang (53,1%), serta di peroleh mayoritas merasa cukup puas sebanyak
20 orang (62,5%), dimana dari pelayanan yang baik akan memberikan penilaian
kepuasan yang baik kepada pasien. Dengan menggunakan uji statistic taraf
kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) diperoleh nilai p value = 0,001, berarti 0,001 < 0,05
maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan proporsi pelaksanaan hypnobirthing
dan persepsi kepeuasan ibu pada persalinan kala I di Klinik Sumiariani.
Kesimpulan dan saran: Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dibuktikan ada hubungan yang
signifikansi antara pelaksanaan hypnobirthing dan kepuasan ibu persalianan kala I di
Klinik Sumiariani. Pelaksanaan Hypnobirthting ini dapat diterapkan oleh bidan
sebagai salah satu intervensi disetiap praktek pelayanan kebidanan dan menjadi
informasi baru tentang pengendalian nyeri secara non farmakologis. Jadi, bidan dapat
lebih berperan serta dalam memberikan asuhan sayang ibu berupa pemberian
informasi atau lebih melihat kepuasan ibu dan nyaman ibu pada saat persalinan.

Hypnobirthing Implementation and Perceptions Influence the Mother at

Background: Currently vaginal delivery process has evolved to provide a sense of
comfort, safe and delight, also can decimate and if impossible abolish anxious and
feel tense. There are several non-pharmacological methods that can be applied in
reducing in childbirth pain, one of them with the implementation of hypnobirthing.
Hypnobirthing is natural effort to instill faith into the subconscious mind to face
labor calmly and consciously. The effect can be soothing, loss of anxiety and
maternal relaxion.
Research purposes: To indentify the effect of the implementation of the perception of
satisfication hypnobirthing mother at delivery 1st stage of labor.
Methodology: This research uses an analytic correlation design with cross-sectional
approach. The sample size of 32 people and the sampling technique is total sampling.
Data were analyzed using pearson’s chi-square test.
Result: Based on the result of research on the respondent obtained the majority of
respondents in the age of 20-35 years as many as 20 people (53,1%), parity
multiparous mothers as many as 17 people (53,1%), the level of education which the
majority is senior high school as many as 17 people (53,1%) and the majority of
which feel quite satisfied as many as 20 people (62,5%), where good service will

give satisfication to the patient. Of the statistic test significant level of 95% (α =
0,05) was obtioned p value = 0,001 < 0,05 it can be concluded that there was npo
difference in the proportion between the effect of the implementation of the
perception of satisfication hypnobirthing mother at delivery 1st stage of labor.
Conclution and advice: Result of this research can be proven that there is a relation
between implementation of the perception of satisfication hypnobirthing mother at
delivery 1st stage of labor in clinic Sumiariani. Hypnobirthing Implementation can
applied by midwives as one of the interventions at each practice and midwifery
services into new information about non-pharmacological pain control. Hopely to
midwives more give an evidence based to mother such as give information or see the
satisfaction and comfort when in labor.
