StuNed General Requirements
StuNed requirements for master and short courses programme
 Indonesian national;
 Have earned a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or its equivalent
(min. GPA score 3.00 for Master’s programmes and 2.75
for Short Courses);
 IBT TOEFL 80 or IELTS 6 (for Master’s programmes),
IBT TOEFL 68 or IELTS 5.5 (for Short Courses)
valid for 2 years starting from the date of test;
 Be admitted to one of the courses or programmes
offered by Dutch university for the upcoming academic
year, and possess the unconditional Letter of Acceptance
(LoA) from the Dutch university.
 No age limit

Kemkominfo – StuNed collaborate in a scheme to provide Kemkominfo –
StuNed Joint Scholarship Program for master degree level.
Two batches: 2017 & 2018
Requirements:
 Indonesian with two years working experience in ICT
 LoA in ICT related subject:
› economics (e-commerce; e-business)
› law (cyber law; IT law; telecommunication law)
 GPA ≥ 3.00
 IELTS ≥ 6.5 or TOEFL IBT ≥ 90
