ABSTRAK
Bhakti Primafindiga Hermuttaqien (2015). Evaluasi Implementasi Kurikulum
2013 Sekolah Dasar Di Kota Bandung (Studi Evaluatif Berdasarkan Stake’s
Countenance Model).
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidaksesuaian pembatasan implementasi
kurikulum 2013 Sekolah Dasar (SD) oleh Kemendikbud dengan kesiapan Kota
Bandung yang mencapai 90%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui
perencanaan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) kurikulum 2013 di SD,
(2) mengetahui proses pembelajaran pada implementasi kurikulum 2013 tematik
terpadu di SD, (3) mengetahui implementasi penilaian autentik dalam kegiatan
pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013 di SD, (4) mengetahui respon siswa dalam
pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik terpadu, (5) mengetahui faktor-faktor
pendukung dan penghambat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran tematik terpadu.
Penelitian evaluasi ini menggunakan model Stake’s Countenance dengan
pendekatan evaluasi kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan
kuesioner, studi dokumen, observasi dan wawancara. Subyek Penelitian ini adalah
Waka Kurikulum, Guru dan Siswa. Hasil penelitian mununjukkan bahwa
implementasi kurikulum 2013 Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung meliputi
perencanaan RPP kurikulum 2013, Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 tematik terpadu
dan implementasi penilaian autentik serta respon siswa dalam pelaksanaan
pembelajaran tematik terpadu berjalan baik sekali. Simpulan penelitian evaluasi

dengan Stake’s Countenance Model yaitu : (1) perencanaan RPP pada Kurikulum
2013 yang telah dikembangkan oleh para guru sesuai seluruhnya dengan standard
yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah, (2) proses pembelajaran pada implementasi
kurikulum 2013 tergolong dalam kategori baik sekali, (3) implementasi penilaian
autentik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tergolong dalam kategori baik, (4) respon
siswa dalam Implementasi kurikulum 2013 menunjukkan respon positif (baik
sekali).

of Elementary School Implementation In Bandung (Evaluation Study Based on
Stake’s Countenance Model)
The background of this research was based on the mismatch of restrictions in

elementary school curriculum implementation in 2013 by Kemendikbud related to
the readiness of Bandung which reached 90%. The purposes of this research
were : (1) To find out the arrangement of curriculum 2013 lesson plan in
elementary school, (2) To find out the learning process during the implementation
of thematic integrated curriculum 2013 in elementary school, (3) to find out the
implementation of authentic evaluation during the learning process of curriculum
2013 in elementary school, (4) to find out students’ response on the thematic
integrated learning, (5) to find out the supporting and resisting factors on the
implementation of thematic integrated learning. This evaluation study applied
Stake’s Countenance model through qualitative approach. The data was collected
using questionnaire, document study, observation, and interview. The subjects of
this study were the school’s Vice Principal of Curriculum, teachers, and students.
The findings of this research showed that the curriculum 2013 implementation in
the elementary schools in Bandung includes the arrangement of curriculum 2013
lesson plan, the implementation of thematic integrated of curriculum 2013, and
the implementation of authentic evaluation and students’ response on the
implementation of thematic integrated learning were very well conducted. The
conclusion of evaluation study using Stake’ Countenance Model are : (1) the
arrangement of curriculum 2013 lesson plan has been developed by the teachers
completely based on the government standard, (2) the learning process on the

implementation of curriculum 2013 indicated in very good category, (3) the
implementation of authentic evaluation in learning activity indicated in good
category, (4) the students’ response on the implementation of curriculum 2013
shows a positive response (very good).
