Analisis Determinan Daya Saing Ekonomi Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan

untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang

mempengaruhi dan menjadi penentu daya saing ekonomi Pakpak Bharat Tahun
2014 dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP). Dengan
menggunakan metode purposive sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan data
primer melalui kuisioner dengan wawancara terhadap 55 responden yang terdiri
dari pengusaha, DPR, mahasiswa, pengajar, tokoh masyarakat, birokrat,
perbankan, dan non-perbankan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor infrastruktur menjadi
faktor yang paling penting dalam pembentukan daya saing ekonomi Kabupaten
Pakpak Bharat dengan bobot 0.343. diikuti oleh faktor perekonomian daerah
dengan bobot 0.266. berikutnya adalah faktor tenaga kerja dan produktivitas
dengan bobot 0.203 dan faktor kelembagaan dengan bobot 0.098, serta yang
terakhir adalah faktor sosial politik dengan bobot 0.090.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect and be the
determinant of economic competitiveness Pakpak Bharat 2014 by using the
Analysis Hierarchy Process ( AHP ). By using purposive sampling method, this
study uses primary data through questionnaires and interviews with 55
respondents consisting of entrepreneurs, the Parliament, students, teachers,
community leaders, bureaucrats, banks and non - banks.
Results from this research indicate that the infrastructure factor becomes
the most important factor in the formation of the economic competitiveness of the
District Pakpak Bharat with weighs 0.343, followed by regional economic factors
and weighs 0.266. The next factor is labor and productivity with 0.203 weights
and institutional factors with weighing 0.098, and the latter is a socio-political
factor with a weight 0.090 .
