ABSTRACT
Hepatitis B is one of diseases which can be prevented by Immunization. In
Indonesia, Hepatitis B has very high problem, it's prevalence was medium to high
class endemically (3 % - 20 %). However, until now result of this program is not
satisJied. In North Barito region just covered 74,92 % and Lanjas Public Health
Service covered 45,50%, below national target (80%). Cross-sectional design was
used in this research, where researcher studies corelation between determinan
and effect which occur simultaneously. Population is a child 11-23 months age,
stayed nearby the Lanjas Public Health Service, where sample is part of
population. Simple random satnpling method was used, using with proportional
formula, thereby achieved I81 samples. Descriptive and analytic analysis was
carried out in this research, description used frequentation distribution and
presentation, however, analytic used logistic regression analysis with compzcter
program. The result showed that Jive of seven variables had signlJicant
relationship completely status of Hepatitis B immunization. The Jive variables
were mother knowledge, family income, family support, time to needed service
place, and health services. However, variable which has not szgniJicant
relationship with conzpleteness of Hepatitis B immunization status on the child
were education and occupation of mother. Variable which had most signijicant
relationship with completeness of Hepatitis B inzn2unization status on the child
was family support, and subsequently Inzowledge varrable, time to needed service
place, health services and family income.
Penyakit hepatitis B merupakan salah satu
dari penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi. Infeksi virus hepatitis B masih menjadi masalah besar dalam kesehatan masyarakat, selain
manifestasinya sebagai hepatitis akut dengan
segala komplikasinya, lebih berbahaya lagi adalah
dalam bentuknya sebagai carrier chronrc hepatitis
B, yang merupakan sumber penularan bagi
HBsAg (Hepatitis B surface Antigen), di
Indonesia antara 3% - 20%, bahkan di beberapa
daerah mencapai lebih 20% (Sulaiman dan
Jultasari, 1998).
Sampai saat ini cara yang paling efektif
mengontrol Virus Hepatitis B adalah dengan
imunisasi.

Kaliinantan Tengah sudah dilaksanakan secara
