Jıbrıl Alnnour Alssıdeeg, A 121302036, (Anterior Knee Pain in Young Athlete).
THESİS. Sport Science Program Study, Post Graduate Program, Sebelas
Maret University Surakarta, April 2014. Advisor (1) Prof. Dr. Sugiyanto. (2)
Prof. Dr. Agus Kristiyanto.
Keywords: Patella Femoralis, Height dan Weight.
The primary goals in the treatment of chronic knee pain are the prevention
of pain and the improvement of function, relieve pain and improve the long-term
function of patients with chronic knee pain These improvements fall directly
within the goals of rehabilitation programs for chronic anterior knee pain, restore
homeostasis for the joint of knee, improve the biomechanics of the leg by teaching
you to use certain muscles, strengthening the weak muscles, and Using
biofeedback to retrain the sequencing of the quadriceps muscles Taping to help
decrease forces through the kneecap.
By using quantitative data in research and data will be during the recent

years of 2011 to 2013, and by collecting data through a personal interview and
questionnaire for patients. This study take sample of the basketball club Sritex
Dragon Solo. The samples in this study are 7 athletes, with data collection
techniques using interview techniques. Data analysis techniques are used to test
the product moment correlation analysis.
The conclusion of this study are 1) There is a relationship between height and
weight, can be accepted. Based on the analysis of the correlation values obtained
rxy 0.445 with a probability of more than 0.05, ie 0.317. So that the test results
showed that the height and weight have a fair, but not significantly. 2) Treatment
for patella femoral in athletes in basketball club Sritex Dragon Solo by using
excersice declared successful. With obtained satisfactory results on the use of
exersice treatment, athletes can continue their training in basketball club Sritex
Dragon Solo. So with these results do not need further investigation. 3) Healing
patella femoral injuries suffered by athletes basketball curable with exersice.
Exersice here is done directly without any other treatment, so that the patella
femoral injuries can be cured quickly and accurately. Suggesting that exersice is a
major treatment in the healing of injuries patella femoral suffered by athletes
basketball Sritex Dragon Solo. 4) Use the treatment can accelerate and facilitate
healing patellar femoral injuries in athletes basketball Sritex Dragon Solo. So the
paradigm that states the use of exersice can not cure and treat wrong. Because in

reality with the use of treatment exersice can treat patella femoral injuries in
athletes basketball Sritex Dragon Solo.
