Manajemen Produksi Program Super Deal ANTV.
ABSTRAK
Bunga Aprillia Rafsanzani, 210103120127. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini berjudul
“Manajemen Produksi Program “Super Deal” ANTV”. Dosen Pembimbing, Dr.
Dadang Sugiana, M. Si. Program DIII PAKT, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas
Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui segala kegiatan pra
produksi, pelaksanaan produksi, pasca produksi, serta segala bentuk kendala dan upayaupaya yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, khususnya dalam
tayangan “Super Deal” di ANTV Jakarta.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang
dilakukan adalah wawancara, observatif partisipatif, dan penelaahan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang telah penulis lakukan, maka dapat
disimpulkan bahwa proses penayangan “Super Deal ANTV” telah disiarkan sesuai
dengan rencana matang yang telah ditetapkan dari season awal, hingga season akhir.
Begitupun dalam proses produksinya. Yang diawali dengan proses pra produksi dimana
dalam tahap ini dilakukan pemilihan konsep atau ide, pemilihan target penonton,
pemilihan media penyampaian, persiapan alat teknis, dan perencanaan produksi.
Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses produksi yang berisikan tahapan pemilihan
konten, pemrosesan isi, pengintegrasian isi, merevisi isi, dan evaluasi. Diakhiri dengan
pasca produksi dengan proses editing dan merevisi kembali.
Sejauh ini upaya-upaya yang sudah dilakukan berikut sudah cukup baik. Dan agar
tayangan ANTV lebih baik kedepannya penulis ingin memberikan saran kepada crew
ANTV, agar kedepannya selalu up to date dalam memberikan tayangan kepada
masyarakat. Dan semoga kekeluargaan yang terjalin diantara crew ANTV dapat terus
dijaga sehingga segala rintangan tidak akan terasa. Semoga tayangan ANTV selalu
dapat diterima dengan baik oleh penontonnya.

"Production Management Program “Super Deal” ANTV". Dr. Dadang Sugiana, M. Si.
as a mentor. Diploma III Program, Education Expert Applied, Studies Subprogram
Broadcasting, Faculty of Communication, Padjajaran University, Jatinangor.
The purpose of writing this final assignment is to investigate all pre-production
activities, the implementation of production, post-production, all forms of constraint
and efforts should be made to overcome these problems, particularly in the show "Super
Deal" at ANTV Jakarta.
Descriptive method was used by the author for this final assignment. Data
collection techniques are interview, observatif participatory, and observations the
documentation.
Based on the observation that has been done, it can be concluded that the process
of views "Super Deal ANTV" was broadcast in accordance with a predetermined plan
matured from the early season, until their season ends. Likewise in the production
process. Beginning with the pre-production process which in this stage of the selection
concept or idea, the selection of the target audience, selection of media delivery,
preparation of technical tools, and production planning. Then proceed with the process
of the selection of the stages of production which contains content, the content
processing, integration of content, revise the content, and evaluation. Topped with postproduction with editing and revising.
So far the efforts that have been made following good enough. And that the quiz
show better in the future the author wants to give advice to the crew quiz, so that the
future is always up to date in delivering impressions to the public. And hopefully kinship
that exists among crew quiz can be maintained so that all obstacles will not be felt.
Hopefully the quiz show is always well received by the audience.
